Where available, purchase matching uses minimized data such as a hashed parent email or hashed customer identifier, along with advertising attribution references. We do not send children's names or other child profile details to OpenAI Ads.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our website.

Customers.ai Identity Matching

Customers.ai can provide website-intent and identity-matching signals using browser or device identifiers, pages viewed, return visits and contact details entered in site forms. Its website collection tool is currently disabled. If Footie Elite re-enables it, those signals will not constitute marketing consent and cannot subscribe or resubscribe you to email or SMS.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

Booking Management

We use Wellness Living for class scheduling and booking management. Information you provide during booking is shared with Wellness Living in accordance with their privacy policy.

Analytics and Advertising

• Google Analytics: Tracks website usage and performance
• Google Ads: Provides conversion tracking for advertising campaigns
• Facebook Pixel: Enables targeted advertising and conversion tracking
• TikTok Pixel: Provides conversion measurement for TikTok advertising
• Snap Pixel: Provides conversion measurement and attribution for Snapchat advertising
• Taboola Pixel: Provides page-view and conversion measurement for Taboola advertising
• PostHog: Provides product analytics and user behavior insights
• Customers.ai: Can provide identity matching and website-intent signals when enabled. Its website collection tool is currently disabled, and those signals never create marketing consent

Database and Hosting

We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for database storage and Vercel for website hosting. Your data is stored securely on their servers.

Recruiting Operations

For coaching applications, we may use HighLevel to organize applicant communications and xAI (Grok) to assist with summaries and job-related follow-up questions. These tools do not make Footie Elite's hiring or rejection decisions; authorized people review applicants and make employment decisions.
