When do sessions run in Bethesda?+
The Bethesda 5-week season runs every Saturday from August 1 through August 29, 2026 from 9 AM–1 PM. Potomac is waitlist-only for now.
What happens at the first session?+
Your child joins a full 60-minute class with the same coaches and structure as the season. You can watch, see how they respond, and only continue if it feels right.
What ages do you coach?+
Ages 2-13+. Groups are split by age and level so toddlers play movement games while older kids do technical and game-IQ work.
Who are the coaches?+
Footie Elite was founded by former professional players, and the DMV team uses the same coaching curriculum. Local coach Frederick Ryan played NCAA Division III and Georgetown club soccer and brings five years of coaching experience.
Is this a tryout? Does my kid need experience?+
No tryouts, no experience needed. 'Elite' refers to the coaching quality, not a selection bar — most kids start as complete beginners.
