We collect parent contact details, participant name, age, scheduling selections, payment status, and communications you send us. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored in our application. We also collect limited device, cookie, analytics, and advertising-attribution data when enabled.

We use information to provide programs, prevent duplicate trial reservations and fraud, manage capacity, process payments, communicate operational updates, provide support, improve our services, ensure participant safety, and comply with legal obligations. Service providers may process data for payment processing, hosting, booking, email/SMS delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement under their applicable agreements.

Programs are for children, but registration is intended for parents or legal guardians. Do not ask a child to submit personal information directly. Guardians may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s registration information, subject to legal and operational retention needs.

We use necessary cookies and, where enabled, analytics and advertising technologies such as Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and PostHog. Payment card details are processed by Stripe. We may use providers for hosting, database storage, booking, email/SMS delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control many non-essential cookies through browser settings and platform controls.

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information for money. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law or needed to protect safety and rights, in connection with a business transfer, or with your consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time; you will still receive transactional messages about bookings and safety.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, disputes, and records. No security method is perfect, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
