Privacy Policy

Last updated July 15, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains how Footie Elite USA, Inc. ("Footie Elite USA," "we," or "us"), a Maryland close corporation, collects, uses, and protects personal information through footie-elite.com/dmv and registration for our youth soccer programs. By registering a Participant or using the website, the Guardian acknowledges the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We collect information provided by the Guardian at registration, including:

  • Guardian and Participant names, address, email address, and phone number;
  • Participant date of birth, age group, schedule selections, and emergency contacts;
  • Health information relevant to safe participation, including allergies and limitations;
  • Payment and billing status processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers;
  • Photos and video taken during sessions, camps, and events; and
  • Website and advertising-attribution data, such as pages visited, referring page, browser or device information, IP address, cookies, and advertising identifiers.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Register and administer Participants in our programs;
  • Manage capacity and prevent duplicate trial reservations or fraud;
  • Communicate about sessions, schedules, weather, safety, billing, and support;
  • Respond to emergencies and protect Participants, staff, and other families;
  • Process payments and maintain appropriate business records;
  • Understand website performance and measure advertising; and
  • Share promotions where the Guardian has not opted out.

3. Photos and video

As described in our Terms and Conditions, Footie Elite USA may photograph or record Participants during sessions and events for use in marketing and on social media. Guardians who do not consent must notify us in writing at dmv@footie-elite.com before the first session.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate our programs, including with providers that support payment processing, website hosting, booking, email or SMS delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement. These providers include Stripe, Google, Meta, TikTok, X, and PostHog where their services are enabled. We may also disclose information to emergency services, when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, in a business transfer, or with the Guardian's consent.

5. Data security

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, consistent with the Maryland Personal Information Protection Act, Md. Code Ann., Commercial Law section 14-3501 et seq. If a data breach affecting personal information occurs, we will notify affected families as required by Maryland law.

6. Children's privacy

Our programs serve children as young as age two, but the website and registration process are intended for parents and Guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website, consistent with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. section 6501 et seq. Participant information must be provided by a Guardian.

7. Your rights and choices

Guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their family's personal information and may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting dmv@footie-elite.com or 917-912-6240. Deleting information required for safety or program administration may limit a Participant's ability to take part. We may retain records when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or document a transaction.

8. Cookies and website data

The website uses necessary cookies and may use analytics and advertising technologies to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure campaigns. Browser settings and the controls offered by the applicable platform can limit many non-essential cookies. Blocking cookies may affect parts of the booking experience.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the DMV website with a revised last-updated date.
